Week Before Launch
Get Your Team Ready
Before a single patient hears about this, your team needs to be able to talk about it confidently.
  1. Open and read through the Device Overview & Talking Points doc below.
  2. Run a 15-minute huddle with your front desk and providers to walk through it together.
  3. Review the Brochures doc so your clinical team can answer detailed questions.
  4. Agree on your treatment price using the Pricing Strategy Guide so every team member quotes the same number.
  5. Print the Front Desk Verbal Script and keep it at the front desk for phone and walk-in questions.

3–5 Days Before Launch
Build Buzz In-Clinic & Online
Now it's time to start making noise, in-clinic and online, before the doors open for bookings.
  1. Customize and post Countdown 1 (general teaser) to your social channels.
  2. Send the Email Announcement to your full patient list.
  3. Print your Poster, Window Cling, Counter Cards, and Patient Brochures and get them up in-clinic.
  4. A day before launch, post Countdown 2 to keep momentum going.
  5. Start booking consultations as patients begin reaching out.
💡 The countdown post templates include a general placeholder image — swap it for a close-up of your treatment room or a branded graphic, do not post before/after photos at this stage. Swap [First Name], [Clinic Name], [Phone], and [Website] before sending the email.

Launch Day
Go Live — Make Noise
This is your biggest content day of the whole campaign — coordinate the push across every channel.
  1. Post your Launch Posts across every social channel first thing in the morning.
  2. Go live with your Launch Stories — add a booking link sticker if your platform allows it.
  3. Post Text Reel 1, then Text Reel 2 later in the day to keep showing up in feeds.
  4. Pull from the 3 Video Ideas and 5 Social Media Scripts for on-camera content.
  5. If you can, film a quick treatment clip — real footage outperforms graphics.
  6. Set up your Retractable Banner and Device Images somewhere patients will see them, like your lobby or checkout counter.
🎬 The text reels are fully designed with animated text overlays — add your own treatment b-roll footage or leave as-is for a graphic-only reel. The 5 scripts and 3 video ideas give you provider-to-camera content you can film in under 5 minutes each. No teleprompter needed — learn the beats, not the words.

First Appointments
Set Patients Up for Success
Once patients start booking, your job shifts from marketing to making sure every visit goes smoothly.
  1. Walk each patient through the same talking points your team learned in Step 1.
  2. Use the Before & After Consent Form and get it signed before every treatment.
  3. Take before & after photos at each visit — aim for at least 3 per indication — you'll need these for weeks 2–4.
  4. Set clear expectations for downtime and results using the Post-Treatment Protocol.
📋 Get written consent before taking any before & after photos. These will become your most valuable marketing asset over the next few weeks.

Weeks 2–4 Post-Launch
Sustain Momentum
The first few weeks after launch are when most clinics go quiet — don't. Keep showing up and start collecting proof.
  1. Send the Testimonial Request email to patients 1–2 weeks after their treatment.
  2. Rotate through the 5 Social Media Posts + Captions — space them out through the month.
  3. Swap in real patient before & after photos as you collect them, with consent.
  4. Work through the Google Business Optimization Checklist to capture local search traffic.
📸 The social posts include before & after placeholder frames and patient testimonial quote cards. Replace all placeholder images with your own patient photos — with written consent obtained before treatment. Any specific result callouts like "1 session" or "3 weeks post-treatment" must reflect your actual patient's experience.
